Don't Talk To The
As things get rougher, various segments of the population will disrespect the law and its officers more and more. The police will become targets of misplaced aggression.
As such, the police will be more rigorous in alertness and attention to detail, such that some may become dangerous to your health if you do not know what follows.
Their interrogations may become, as in many to most foreign countries, quite physical.
Many officers, that Mr. "B" has consulted with, repeatedly stated: "People are rude, surly, disrespectful of the law and its officers. This," he relates, "gets many people arrested." Oftentimes, the law enforcement is placed in a position of threat and has no choice but to take into custody the irate citizen. Officers are cursed, spit upon, and even physically attacked.
"Can you imagine," Mr. "B" exclaims, the attitude of a law enforcement officer, out on a lonely street, highway...middle of the night...when the hell breaks in full rigor, and he meets up with Mr. Ugly? The officer will be ready for him, having prepared in advance for just such an event.
You want to Arrest–Proof Yourself because you do not want to talk to the police. You need to know how to respond to the police, whether at a traffic stop, if they want to talk to you at your domicile, or at the station house, or if they arrest you. If a crime has been committed, they are looking to arrest somebody. Let it not be you. Surprisingly, many people talk to the police and are now serving time and they did not do the crime. This has been demonstrated many times now, since DNA testing exonorated them.

In Arrest-Proof Yourself, ex-cop Dale C. Carson reveals why many people get arrested and even if innocent, may act in such ways that they wind up a part of what he calls "the electronic plantation" for the rest of their lives, where "doors close. Opportunities vanish." All because, with computers, your arrest record is part of your life forever, and it pops up every time someone does a background check on you. What's more, you provide a good income for the entire "plantation" staff, which exists to process, incarcerate, and track you for the rest of your life.
Here are some of his observations:
"Cops! They're the gatekeepers of the plantations. The door of a police cruiser is a magic portal. Once you go through it, your life changes forever. You lose your freedom and your anonymity. You belong to the state, and whatever it wants to know about you, it will discover. . . . So don't go through that portal. Stay out of there! Stay away from cops unless you need them! Run and hide if you must!"
"What you've got to understand is this: cops like to hunt and pursue. They enjoy arresting people. . . . Cops are hunters--period. Once you understand this, police tactics will make sense. Cops are the hunters; you are the prey."
"Cops are backed by courts, jails, judges, and the entire apparatus of the state. They can stop, arrest, search, attack, and even kill. . . . The funny thing is that the guys who most often get snotty and sass the cops are generally petty, clueless offenders. The real bad guys, the stone evil types who hurt people and steal things for a living, give it up when The Man shows. They know who has The Power."
"Cops are always the biggest gang in town, with the most guys, the most guns, and the most money. . . . Challenging them is insanity. Cops never, ever lose on the street. Whenever challenged, they call up reinforcements until they win."
"If cops make most of their arrests by driving around in cars, what you need to do is to become less arrestable is to be less visible to car patrols. Remember Uncle Dale's Golden Rule #1: If cops can't see you, they can't arrest you."
"The point is that behavior, not race, gets people arrested. . . . Middle- and upper-class black and Hispanic Americans who drive street-legal cars within speed limits; have nice manners; and avoid carrying drugs, unlicensed firearms, or stolen property in their vehicles can go years without any interactions with police, just like white Americans. They still get pulled over more often than they should, but they do not get arrested."
"When you are face-to-face with the police, there are two contests going on. (1.) A contest for psychological dominance. (Who's boss?) (2.) A contest for physical custody of your body. (Do you get arrested or stay free?) You want to lose the first contest in order to win the second. That's right, lose in order to win. Cops are bosses of the street. They're going to prove it to you anyway, so let them. This costs you nothing. You're in front of the police only for a few minutes. Play your cards right, and you'll win the second contest and stay free."
This is what Arrest-Proof Yourself is all about:
How to behave so that you don't come under police scrutiny, and if you should come under police scrutiny, how to behave so that you don't get arrested. If you do get arrested, you will know how to behave so that you don't stack on extra charges. Your Chembio editors highly recommend this book.

"Mr. "B" envisages that some areas will have no law enforcement officers; others, will not have the full complement of officers to cover the entire area. Inner cities will be hell–holes. Cities cannot—will not spare the officers to go into extremely hot areas," Mr. "B" feels. They will be apportioned to less violent areas and where they can be quickly supported.
When this happens, society will be coming apart and martial law will be everywhere. We may not be far from it now, Mr. "B" says.
